An Unconscious Talk

"That's the spirit-one part brave, three parts fool"
Christopher Paolini, Eragon, The Inheritance Cycle, #1

The flame in your eyes has faded out
Your ignited spirit is now put to sleep
The life in you is slowly withdrawing
Leaving you with a hollow scalp

Your existence is not welcomed
Your breathes are being counted
You’re hibernating while thinking
“I’m reaching my land of dreams”!

You’re the person you make of me
A person exempted from reality
“No eye can see a whole truth, so there isn’t one”
But I’m your whole who you refuse to meet

I’m casted out of life by you
For you put out my flame
You’re the reflection that I give you
But you seem not to remember

I’m out of the existence
For my presence is not welcomed
But you’re out of life too
You’re watching life through a pin head

We complement each other
But you refuse to admit it
Without me, you’re a lost cause
And without you, I’m efficient-less

So bring me to life to ignite you again
Awake yourself from my hibernation
We’re the reflections inhabiting this shape
The two “brains” of a person
